Returns will be accepted under the following Conditions:

• Returns must be logged with Green Dragon Embroidery within 5 working days of receipt of goods.
• If the item is "Faulty" we shall replace or offer a full refund, however this will not cover the item if it has been washed, mis-treated or used.
• Refunds will be to same payment method used to purchase
• Returned items must be in the condition they were sent with the original packaging and agreed with Green Dragon Embroidery before the item is sent back. Any information on condition of the item and pictures will aid the return process.

• Charges: If the item is faulty we will cover the items shipping costs or replace the item free of charge after consultation with Green Dragon Embroidery. If the purchaser would prefer a full refund of the original price and Postage, Purchaser will need to return item and pay for return postage. If any item is purchased and not faulty the return postage will be covered by the purchaser.
• Items that are damaged or lost during the delivery process will only be cover if the purchaser has covered Postal insurance with the delivery charge. Once this has been claimed back for the delivery company a refund will be issued. Items sent without correct coverage will not be refunded or replaced.
• When order T-Shirt or Clothing no refunds will be accepted for wrong Size or colour. Please ensure you order the correct size and Colour as most of them are made to order!
• There will be no refunds on any personalized item unless Faulty.
