Green Dragon
Green Dragon Embroidery is a small embroidery and printing business based in the UK. We try to use the best machinery and materials to be able to produce the best quality products. We started to embroider with a one-needle machine in 2019. Since then we invested in a 20-needle Ricoma machine. This machine is capable of stitching 1200 stitches a minute and gives us an opportunity to create bigger and more complicated projects; we can embroider jackets, baseball caps, beanies, T-shirts, shorts, cushion covers, bags, key fobs, bookmarks and more.
Our Luminaries 200 laser printer can print full-colour designs that can be transferred onto cotton, polyester, dark garments or light garments. As this printer uses inks, the touch of the picture on the garment will be smooth, and will last up to 100 washing cycles, what is an average life of a t-shirt.

We also offer personalisation, just send us your idea and we will work with you to create it.
Businesses can order their uniforms from us and we can print or embroider on several garments, and we offer bulk order prices. Please email us for a quotation.
Ink
The ink cartridges are recyclable.
The best care method is to wash the garments from the inside out in cold water. Do not use bleach, bleach alternatives, or harsh detergents. Line or hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron decoration.
Our thread
We use Madeira and Fufu threads. Both are high-quality embroidery threads.
Madeira thread:
POLYNEON is the brand name for Madeira’s 100% polyester machine embroidery thread. Produced using special winding methods, unique to Madeira, these durable petroleum based threads have extreme washing resistance to chlorine and bleach and can withstand frequent, heavy duty industrial laundering. (can be used even on chef’s whites, hotel towels, etc.)
No substances of animal origin are used in the production of Madeira’s Polyneon embroidery threads.
Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class 1 (Baby standard).
Fufu thread:
Fufu'sPolyester thread offers you an exceptional resistance.
FuFu's produce a high sheen, great tensile strength and colour fast embroidery thread that results in excellent production and magnificent colour adding lustre to your finished products. All FuFu threads meet quality standards including:
• AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists and colourist)
• JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard)
• ISO standards (International Standardization Organization)
Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Product Class 1 (Baby standard).
No environmentally harmful products or carcinogens are utilized in the production of FuFu threads. All water used to dye the thread is properly treated to separate dyestuff from the water used in production.
Our garments
We offer FRUIT OF THE LOOM Super Premium T-Shirts. This slightly heavier T-shirt, with self-fabric, shoulder-to-shoulder taping and a cotton/Lycra® rib, provides comfortable yet durable wear that is guaranteed to perform at 60°C, making it a great option for workwear. Available in 13 colours and offered in sizes small through to 5xl. This garment can be washed at 60 degrees.

these unisex varsity jackets are proving to be very popular with our younger customers. They are bright, stylish and still offer warmth and protection from the weathers. This jacket is available in a range of 20 amazing colours including purple/white. This jacket has loads of features including knitted collar, cuffs and waistband, press stud closure, taped back neck and pocket with small opening for ear phone cord. There are a vast range of sizes in this jacket starting at extra-small and going up to 2 extra-large.

Care method for embroidered garments
T-shirts, shirts, jackets, bags, pouches, tote bags, cups, beanies, polo shirts, jumpers, and other products with manufacture labels:
Please follow the garment manufacturer's instructions while keeping in mind the thread manufacturer recommended care methods:
Washing: Embroidered items should be washed separately. Do not pack them tightly in the washing machine. Embroidered items should be laundered with mild detergents. Recommendations for chlorine treatment: active chlorine: maximum 30˚C/86˚ F time of treatment: maximum 30 minutes. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Never leave damp embroidered items folded or pressed together. Do not tumble dry unless the item has been thoroughly rinsed.
Dry Cleaning: Embroidered items can be dry cleaned. Stain removers containing bleaching agents and colour removers should not come in direct contact with the embroidered sections of the garment. Once treated, rinse the embroidered item to remove any residue that may remain.
Ironing: Use a low temperature when ironing embroidered items. Cover the item with a towel and iron it lightly from the back side.
